Users can now efficiently check balances, transactions, and expenses across all accounts with improved navigation and search capabilities, including transaction filtering by text. Visual tools such as graphs and charts facilitate the monitoring of total expenditures over the past three months.

The app simplifies daily financial activities by enabling immediate use of Bizum to send and request money from contacts. It supports national transfers to favorite recipients, between personal accounts, and international securities transactions. Additionally, users can perform regular and extraordinary contributions to pension plans, subscribe to mutual funds, and transfer funds within their investment portfolios.

Enhanced security features for debit and credit cards allow users to deactivate or activate their cards instantly in case of loss or misplacement. Card details such as PIN and CVV are accessible within the app. Users can top up, utilize their eCash cards, transfer funds to credit cards, access immediate financing options through Direct Cash, and defer credit card payments with Pay Later. The ability to activate or block cards directly from the app further improves security management.

Seamless integration with Santander Wallet eliminates the need for repeated password entries when performing operations. Bill payments and tax settlements are now possible without requiring direct debit accounts, with options to review, download, and share bills in PDF format.

The app provides direct access to your bank manager’s contact information and allows users to request a manager if none are assigned. Password management functionalities include changing multi-channel passwords and signatures, requesting new passwords if forgotten, and generating login credentials through the app using personal details for enhanced convenience.

New features facilitate quick registration as a bank customer in minutes and enable personalized browsing of offers and products. Users can also access detailed commercial information and enroll in bank products directly through the app.

The customer service interface is expanded with helpline numbers, WhatsApp support, social media contacts, virtual assistance via "We Help You," appointment scheduling at branches, and foreign currency collection services.

An improved location service helps users find nearby ATMs and branches with additional relevant information. Notifications are now centralized within a dedicated mailbox accessible from the side menu.
